You Have to be Kidding Me
My AWESOME visiting teacher came over the other day to give me a foot rub! How sweet especially since she is just one month less pregnant than me. I had a hard time saying yes but I was going to give her a great head massage in return until our children went wild. I usually don't let Brax play in his room when friends come over; he has a toy room and toys in the living room and lots of space to run and play. When they decided to venture back there I just thought to myself, "I'll be nice and let them go". Not even 5 minutes later Brax runs out with markers in his hands and blue all over his face, laughing hysterically. I jumped up as fast as I could and went to his room. They had pulled EVERYTHING out of his closet and off of the shelves and were proceeding to "marker" on EVERYTHING in his room! I did a pretty good job of controlling my temper because we had company over (I wouldn't even have taken a picture if it weren't for Becky's idea-however I am glad I did now). I spent the next hour cleaning and doing laundry and scrubbing and bathing...Once I got Brax in the bath tub I broke down and starting crying! I can't tell you how much I HATE when things get ruined!!!!!!!!! I called Brady immediately and a few minutes later he showed up (while on a Domino's run at work) to console and help me! How sweet!!! I finally got most of it out of the important things like the twin sized blanket I made just for Braxton, the brand new changing pad cover, and my adored rocking chair(even though it's from Wal-Mart I love it). The night ended well. I went to the movies with my sister-in-laws to see "He's Just Not That Into You". A great movie! Needless to say, Brax is no longer without a doubt allowed to go into his room when guests are here...judge if you want, I NEED this rule! Thanks again Becky! You and Grace definetely have to come back over, they had fun at least and I owe you a head massage!

Oh my Rach-good job keeping your cool. Ava did this but with a PERMANENT marker. I didn't take pictures, and didn't post about it because I was SO SO SO mad.Glad you were able to clean it up.
And..can I have your VT come to my house please? :)
Oh my gosh! That is crazy! I am learning you literally can't turn your head for one second now that Eleyna is crawling around. I miss you and Becky!
I think Jon and Lauren did this too! My cousins little biys got into her big flour bin and decided to play in it! I think that it is a right-of-passage for a parent so hopefully it will not happen again!
That is hilarious! He really did a good job!
